At this time our prices give you more, granite top, landscape, veneer rock, block wall, single gate, all tile floor, 9-foot-tall ceilings, micro-hood and certain model garage side door.

We normally offer up to $3,000 towards closing costs. 

At this time requirement is $2,500.00

 Depending at what stage of construction the home is at, you may be able to choose: tile, counter, cabinets, interior walls, and stucco.

Homes may be completed 90 days after foundation is poured.
